Welcome to the Omaha Karma Kagyu Study Group

The Omaha Karma Kagyu Study Group was established in the fall of 2006,with the hopes of allowing people in the metro area who have an interest in Tibetan Buddhism, the opportunity to meet, study, and practice together.

The Omaha K.K.S.G. is overseen by Lama David Bole. Lama David is resident teacher of the Gainesville, Florida Karma Thegsum Choling, an affiliate of Karma Triyana Dharmachakra, the North American seat of H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, holder of the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.

May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering
May all beings rejoice in the well being of others
May all beings live in peace, free from greed and hatred
